The engineer named Angelo came to fit an additional alarm in my garage. He arrived with all the items required, fitted and tested everything plus took me through how to view it my mobile.He also hoovered up where he had created a small amount of dust!Having been involved in this type of business in my past life I highly recommended this company as professional, efficient and very friendly.

I have been a customer for over 20 years .I like the small company mentality with the big customer service . Their staff retention is excellent so the engineers are familiar with the customer and the systems . Never had a problem out of hours . Fantastic company and would recommend them without hesitation

Ali arrived on time and efficiently checked the system fitting new batteries in the sensors and giving me the option to replace the main battery which I requested. He also set a new fob with my code, as I had lost the previous one. He was extremely helpful and even vacuumed behind the sofa which needed moving to replace the sensor battery. Thank you very much.

I have just had new intruder alarm system fitted. The engineer who fitted it was excellent. First of all he was polite . He then explained everything to me and took me through the process of fitting the new system and offering advice were necessary to any amendments Then once fitted he made sure I knew exactly how it worked before leaving.Past experience with the company has always been good , on service visits I have always found the engineers to be polite and professional always ensuring the job is completed timeously and correctly done in a tidy fashion. Leaving me with a definite sense of security. 5 star recommendation.
