I got the alarm on my neighbour’s recommendation. Now have it for some years.

From the Office staff, Karen and Rachel, to the engineers, Angelo and Jake, have all been so friendly and accommodating. Always very helpful in answering my questions and dealing with any issues promptly. No mess and no fuss.

Really pleased to have found Town and Country; They offered all the services I needed, alarm and security lights. They were easy to get hold of and speak to about everything, communicated well and came when they said they would. The engineer also looked at some extra bits for me while they were here. I trust them to install a new system for us (they were not pushy with this, just answered my questions about what was available). We will now be getting a regular alarm service with them.

Leigh who did the installation was very professional and fully explained what he was going to do. He was very tidy and did a great job. He fully explained how the system worked. I asked Town & Country to take a look at our old and non-functional alarm system and quote on fixing, disabling or replacing it with a more up to date system. I have been impressed with the professional approach of James, Karen, Debby and Leigh who was very thorough and provided great customer service when the day came for the installation of our shiny new smart system. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly people. Were flexible on installation date when we had to move at the last minute. Explained all options. Tidy installation and ensured everything worked and we knew how to use it. We have used town and country for years and have always been impressed with the service

We shopped around quite a bit for our alarm/cctv needs for our family home and after all was said and done we are very glad we chose Town & Country. James did a thorough and informative site visit; tailored an estimate and priced matched alternative quotes. The installation day was professionally carried out by engineer Jake who stayed all day making sure the system was properly fitted. And he followed up swiftly with Leigh to come back to sort out the remaining snags. Both were pleasant and considerate in carrying out work in our home. The correspondence with the Natalie and Karen in the office was also very professional and polite. This is really good outfit and a credit to Chesham's small businesses. The whole process from arranging the site visit with James, to arranging the installation with Natalie to having everything installed by Jake was easy and a real pleasure to deal with them all. I have just had new intruder alarm system fitted. The engineer who fitted it was excellent. First of all he was polite . He then explained everything to me and took me through the process of fitting the new system and offering advice were necessary to any amendments Then once fitted he made sure I knew exactly how it worked before leaving.
Past experience with the company has always been good , on service visits I have always found the engineers to be polite and professional always ensuring the job is completed timeously and correctly done in a tidy fashion. Leaving me with a definite sense of security. 5 star recommendation.
